Area       : 4,200 sqft

This architectural project required a single bungalow designed with two separate residences for two brothers. The shorter span ruled out the possibility of a conventional row house with a single common wall.

A staggered division was thus used, that created dynamic and more spacious rooms. Both the residences have a common entrance vestibule, connected to the respective living rooms. The living rooms have a double heighted ceiling, and the staggered division provides a spacious room for living and dining.

Both residences are three bedroom houses with one bedroom on the ground floor and two more on the first floor. The south façade of the house has few openings and more solid walls that block out the sun during the day.
